An ordinary day

A Lisfranc amputation leaves a partial forefoot: the socket has to be built on the residual shape and the missing volume rebuilt, without creating incorrect load points.

The machine at work
Dry milling of two insole positives, filmed in the workshop mid-cycle. This is the step that decides the accuracy of everything that follows.

Ankle-foot orthosis with Neuro Swing joint
An ankle-foot orthosis with a dynamic joint: the laminated part has to be built on the patient’s model before the mechanics go on, so the joint axis falls where it should.
