What you make
- Fixtures and jigsAssembly jigs, gauges and supports for the line, printed in-house in little time.
- Functional prototypesParts to fit and really test, including in PA or fibre-filled materials.
- Super-polymer componentsPEEK, ULTEM and Carbon PA for technical parts that work at high temperatures, with Helios Industrial.
- Precision machining3- and 5-axis milling with the Titan centres and UHS Linear 500.
Custom automation
For all our machines we develop custom automation for loading and handling parts and pallets, designed for your line.
Frequently asked questions
Which machine is right for me?
To print large parts fast, Helios HS Industrial; for PEEK, ULTEM and other super-polymers, Helios Industrial. For milling, Titan 1003 on 3 axes, Titan 1005 and UHS Linear 500 on 5 axes. Tell us about the part and we will advise you.
Can I see my part before buying?
Yes: with the 3D printers we run a test print with your file. The test print is charged. Contact us to arrange it.
Which materials can I print?
With Helios HS Industrial PETG, ABS, PP, TPU, PA and glass- or carbon-fibre-filled materials; with Helios Industrial also PEEK, ULTEM and Carbon PA.
Do you also build automation?
Yes: we develop custom loading and handling of parts and pallets for your line.
Training and support?
We provide the training ourselves, and when a Satres machine stops we reply the same day.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the machine and configuration: ask us for a quote.
Let's talk about your part
Send us a drawing or a file: we will tell you which machine you need and how to make it.
