In short
- We design and build CNC milling machines and 3D printers for orthopedics and industry in Italy.
- In some countries we sell through dealers, elsewhere directly: we are looking for partners where we are not yet present.
- What we bring: training, technical support behind you, spare parts, a demo area and materials in four languages.
- Commercial terms are agreed together, country by country.
What you would sell
Two lines, two different markets.
Orthopedics. ORTHO 1004 EVO, the 4-axis milling machine that turns out a body jacket in 15-20 minutes and an AFO in 10-15; OCM, the 3-axis machine for workshops that mainly make body jackets; Helios HS, the 3D printer for corsets, sockets and insoles. The customers are orthopedic workshops, from two-person shops to facilities with their own CAD department.
Industry. Titan 1003 and 1005, UHS Linear 500 and Helios Industrial, for machine shops, mould makers and technical departments.
Most dealers start with orthopedics: the market is better defined and our name already circulates there.
What we bring
- Training on the machine and the software, one or two days, for you and for your customers.
- Technical support behind you. When a machine stops we answer the same day: you are on site, we are right behind you.
- Spare parts and tooling straight from the manufacturer.
- The demo area in Cascina, where you can bring a customer to see the machine running on their own file.
- Sales material and website in Italian, English, German and French.
- Support at trade fairs, where we are present too.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of the field: orthopedic technology, or mechanics and CNC machining.
- The ability to provide service on site — or the willingness to train someone who can.
- A real commercial presence in your territory, not just a website.
- One person who owns the relationship with us.
We are not looking for one more catalogue in a long price list: we are looking for someone who can make the machines work at the customer’s premises.
The terms
Prices, margins and territory are defined case by case: they depend on the country, the volumes and how much service you can cover. We don’t publish them on a web page because they would be made-up numbers. We discuss them directly, with no commitment.
How it starts
- You write to us and we talk: we look at the market in front of you and whether this makes sense for both sides.
- We meet, in Cascina or at the next trade fair. You see the machines working, not brochures.
- We agree the terms and how to share the work on customers.
- Training and start-up: we run the first months together.
Where we already are
Today we have dealers in Italy, France and Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. In other countries we look after customers directly from Cascina, and we are glad to consider new partners. You can see who is there today on the dealers page.
Frequently asked questions
Who looks after the customers you already have in my country? We settle that before starting, not afterwards.
Do I have to keep a demo machine? It is not compulsory. It helps, and it is one of the points we discuss together.
Who provides service to customers? You do, on site, with us behind you. We train your technician on the machine and on the control unit.
Which languages is your material in? Italian, English, German and French: website, data sheets and brochures.
Do you also sell directly where there is a dealer? No: where there is a dealer, we send the customers to them. It is stated on the public dealers page as well.
Let’s talk
Write us a couple of lines about who you are and the market in front of you. We answer within one working day, and we can switch to a phone call if you prefer.
