Stainless steel: drilling and engraving.
Aluminium 7075: Ø 18 mm interpolated bore with 0/+0.01 mm tolerance and a 20 mm slot with 0/+0.02 mm tolerance.
Brass and zamak: milling, drilling, engraving and tapping. With tilting vices and loaders, also for small batches.
The numeric control is specifically designed for Titan 1005, the software is focused on the 17inch touch screen interface limiting the physical buttons only to the useful commands. It adapts to every automatic necessity of the industrial field, removing the PLC from the machine cabinet.
