FlexFit 3D: The New Frontier of Custom Orthopedic Insoles

FlexFit3D and Helios Ortho: a different way to make custom insoles

Satres is proud to introduce FlexFit3D, an advanced approach to the 3D printing of custom orthopedic insoles. Developed together with the University of Pisa, the process starts from baropodometric data — the actual pressure map of the patient’s foot — and turns it into an insole built around that specific foot.

Personalised technology for every step

Printed on the Helios Ortho 3D printer, each FlexFit3D insole is designed around the patient’s own weight distribution and pressure points, delivering comfort and support that a standard insole cannot match. Beyond everyday wellbeing, this is a step forward in the treatment of specific orthopedic conditions.

Towards a more comfortable future

FlexFit3D is a significant step forward in foot health. It is not only a technological innovation, but a different way of approaching the comfort and wellbeing of the foot. Satres is proud to be at the forefront of this evolution, bringing advanced solutions to its customers.
